میں عشق چھوڑنے کی دعا کرتا ہوں مگر وہ قبول نہیں ہوتی۔ وجہ سادہ ہے: اگر دل ہی نہ چاہتا ہو تو زبان کی بات میں اثر کہاں سے آئے۔ حالی خلوص کے بارے میں گہری بات کہتے ہیں کہ صرف زبان سے کی گئی دعا خالی ہوتی ہے۔
