دشنۂ غمزہdashna-e-ghamzaنخرے کا خنجر (the dagger of a coquettish glance)
ناوکِ نازnaavak-e-naazادا کا تیر (the arrow of charm)
عکسِ رخaks-e-rukhچہرے کا عکس (reflection of the face)
In plain English
Your glance is a killing dagger, your charm an arrow no one can escape. Even if it is only your own reflection, why should it come before you? Even the beloved should not face such deadly beauty, not even in a mirror.
This couplet is by Mirza Ghalib, from the ghazal “dil hi to hai na sang-o-khisht dard se bhar na aae kyun”, Divan-e-Ghalib (Urdu), the Berlin edition (1925), p. 107. It means: Your glance is a killing dagger, your charm an arrow no one can escape. Even if it is only your own reflection, why should it come before you? Even the beloved should not face such deadly beauty, not even in a mirror.
