مقدور ہمیں کب ترے وصفوں کی رقم کاحقا کہ خداوند ہے تو لوح و قلم کا

- لوح و قلم lauh o qalamتختی اور قلم، یعنی تقدیر لکھنے کی تختی اور قلم (the Tablet and the Pen (on which destiny is written))
آسان تشریح
یہ حمد کا شعر ہے۔ شاعر کہتا ہے کہ ہم میں کہاں یہ طاقت کہ تیری خوبیاں لکھ سکیں؟ بے شک تو ہی لوح و قلم کا مالک ہے۔ جو ساری تحریر کا مالک ہو اسے ہماری تحریر بیان نہیں کر سکتی۔
